Notice of RFP for Wood Products Facility and Equipment

Appalachian Sustainable Development (ASD), a 501(c)3 organization based in Abingdon, Virginia, serving ten counties in upper east Tennessee and far southwestern Virginia, is seeking proposals for the disposition of its primary and secondary wood products manufacturing facility located in Castlewood, VA.   ASD will review proposals to lease, lease-purchase or purchase the facility and equipment.  The facility is located on 3.5 acres and includes two dry kilns, a flooring manufacturing facility, dry storage area, and small office space.
